Accessing links to the Dayforce Knowledge Base in Emails
This offer is targeted to customers operating in Canada whom are processing year-end payroll tasks and do not have an active Dayforce Live Membership.
Qualifying customers may apply for one Dayforce Live Year-End trial that provides access to recorded and self-paced courses related to year-end processing only. The first day to request a trial account is November 2, 2019 and the last day is January 31, 2020. All trial accounts will expire on March 6, 2020.

Customers may complete and submit the year-end customer request form starting November 2. User credentials will be sent to the customer via email within 2 business days. There is a limit of one account per customer.
Customers looking to renew or purchase a Dayforce Live membership for 2019-2020 may contact their Customer Success Manager or Account Representative directly.
In addition to year-end training, the Customer Guide provides valuable information to make your year-end a success. Content includes a monthly detailed Checklist, Important Dates and Deadlines, Year End processing instructions for Dayforce, as well as Federal and Provincial legislative requirements.
For your convenience, the 2019 Year End Customer Guide will be available Mid-Late October in the Ceridian Support Portal at support.ceridian.com. Choose the Knowledge Base menu item at the top of the Home page. Select Reference Materials > Year-End Year-Round Toolkit (CAN) > Canadian Year End Guides and Schedules (CAN).
Request projects by logging on at support.ceridian.com. Ceridian Professional Services Team receives a high volume of project requests between September 1 and January 31. To ensure a timely delivery, submit your year-end project requests by the following dates:

Remember to categorize your year-end tickets by selecting Category > Year End (CAD) when you Submit your Case on the Portal.

Compliance/legislative changes can affect your communications, taxes, and tax forms. It is imperative you stay compliant and make the necessary changes in Dayforce. We offer a variety of resources to explain the changes as well as how to implement them.
